Born in Saint John, New Brunswick, David dabbled in radio broadcasting in the late 1980s before beginning his education at the University of New Brunswick, where he obtained his Bachelor’s with First Class Honours.
From there, he attended the University of British Columbia and obtained his LL.B. in 1991.
David has been a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick since 1993.
David has diverse and in-depth practice experience as both a Barrister and Solicitor, enhanced by administrative and adjudicative experience as a former Clerk, Court Administrator, and Deputy Registrar of the Court of the Queen’s Bench and Probate Court of New Brunswick.
David currently resides in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
